Software for Ayr businesses
Ayr is the largest town in South Ayrshire and a traditional coastal resort on the Firth of Clyde. Its economy combines tourism and leisure, aerospace engineering a few miles up the coast, public services and a large care and health sector.
Aerospace is the biggest industrial employer in the area. Glasgow Prestwick Airport is surrounded by an aerospace cluster where companies manufacture aircraft components and provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services. That cluster supports smaller precision engineering and services firms that need traceability, inspection records, work packs and quality documentation that can satisfy aerospace customers.
Tourism and leisure have deep roots. Ayr Racecourse hosts the Scottish Grand National and the Ayr Gold Cup, and the Ayrshire coast is home to famous golf courses including Royal Troon and Turnberry. Alloway, on the edge of Ayr, is Robert Burns' birthplace and draws visitors to the Burns Birthplace Museum. Hotels, golf clubs, event organisers and attractions need booking systems, tee time management, membership tools and integrations with payments and accounts.
The University of the West of Scotland has its Ayr campus at Craigie, and Ayrshire College has a campus in the town. University Hospital Ayr is a major employer, and an older population means care homes and care-at-home providers are a significant part of the local economy.

How we work with Ayr clients
We work remotely from Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, using video calls, shared staging sites you can click around in and short build stages you can see. Every project gets a fixed-price quote after a free initial chat and a short scoping stage. You own the code and the data. We have been building software and integrations for UK businesses since 2006.
Free chat
Tell us the problem in plain English: what you do now, what goes wrong and what "better" looks like. No charge, no obligation.
Scoping
We map the processes, systems and data involved, agree what is in and out, and write it down so there are no surprises.
Fixed-price quote
You get a fixed price for the agreed scope, or a phased plan for bigger builds, so you can start small and prove it works.
Build and test
We build in short stages you can see and try, test against real data, then go live carefully with a rollback plan.
Hand over and look after
You own the code and the data. We can host it, support it and keep improving it, or hand it to your own team.

Frequently asked questions
Can you build a membership and tee booking system for a golf club?
Yes. dijitul builds booking systems with member and visitor rates, tee sheet rules, competitions, online payments through Stripe and member account statements. We scope how your club actually runs, then provide a fixed-price quote for a system built around it.
Do you cover Prestwick, Troon, Kilmarnock and Girvan?
Yes. We work remotely, so businesses in Prestwick, Troon, Kilmarnock, Irvine, Girvan and across Ayrshire get the same process: a free chat, a scoping stage and a fixed-price quote before any work starts.
Can you produce aerospace work packs from our job system?
Yes. We can generate work packs, inspection sheets and certificates of conformity from your job data as PDFs, with sign-off captured digitally. We build to your quality system's requirements, though dijitul does not hold aerospace certifications itself.
Tell us what you need to build
