> dijitul builds bespoke software, web applications and integrations for Belfast businesses, from fintech and cyber security firms to aerospace suppliers, manufacturers, film production companies and professional practices. We work remotely from Mansfield with regular online demos. Every project starts with a free chat, and you receive a fixed-price quote for an agreed scope.

Belfast is the capital of Northern Ireland and its main business centre. Its industrial history is famous: Harland and Wolff built the Titanic here, and aerospace manufacturing, with roots in Short Brothers, still employs thousands of skilled engineers in the city. Over the last two decades Belfast has added a large technology and financial services sector to that engineering base.

Software and fintech are now major employers. Large financial institutions and insurers run technology and operations centres in the city, and Belfast has become a well-known location for cyber security, helped by the Centre for Secure Information Technologies at Queen's University Belfast. Firms in these sectors expect secure development practices, single sign-on, audit logging and careful handling of personal data as a baseline.

Film and television production have grown around Titanic Studios and Belfast Harbour Studios, where major productions including Game of Thrones were filmed. Production companies and creative suppliers need scheduling, asset and crew management tools. Titanic Quarter and Catalyst, Northern Ireland's science and technology park on Queen's Island, house many of the city's tech businesses.

Northern Ireland's trading position also matters. Under the Windsor Framework, goods rules differ from Great Britain, and businesses moving goods between GB, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland deal with extra paperwork, VAT treatment and labelling. Ecommerce and wholesale firms often need integrations that handle sterling and euro pricing, different tax rules and cross-border shipping.

Queen's University Belfast and Ulster University, whose Belfast campus is in the city centre, provide a strong graduate pipeline in computing and engineering.

Belfast projects we would expect to quote for include:

- Secure client portals and internal tools with SSO and audit trails
- Production and quality traceability for aerospace and engineering suppliers
- Ecommerce integrations handling GB, NI and Republic of Ireland orders
- Crew, scheduling and asset tools for film and TV production

### Can you work with our Belfast team from England?

Yes. dijitul runs every project remotely from Mansfield, using video calls, screen sharing and an online project board. Discovery, demos and user acceptance testing all happen online, so a Belfast team stays fully involved without anyone travelling.

### Can your software handle sales to both the UK and the Republic of Ireland?

Yes. We build ecommerce and ordering systems that hold sterling and euro prices, apply the correct VAT treatment per destination and generate the paperwork your shipping process needs. We confirm the tax rules with your accountant during scoping rather than guessing.

### Do you cover Lisburn, Newtownabbey, Holywood and Bangor?

Yes. We work remotely, so businesses in Lisburn, Newtownabbey, Holywood, Bangor and across the Belfast city region get the same process: a free chat, a scoping stage, and a fixed-price quote.
